San Juan Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring provides concrete flooring contractor services, including but not limited to epoxy floor coatings, polished concrete, stained concrete, concrete resurfacing, pool deck coatings, and related surface preparation and sealing services. All services are performed in the San Juan, TX area and the surrounding Rio Grande Valley. The availability of any specific service at a given location is subject to site conditions and our operational capacity at the time of your request.
Estimates provided by San Juan Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring are free and non-binding until both parties have signed a written agreement. All estimates are based on site conditions observed at the time of the consultation. Final pricing may change if conditions discovered during work - such as hidden damage, moisture issues, or structural problems - differ materially from those observed during the estimate.
We will notify you of any material change in scope or pricing before proceeding with additional work. We do not charge for the estimate visit itself. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of the written estimate unless otherwise stated.
Once a project is scheduled and a written agreement is signed, you agree to have the work area cleared and accessible by the agreed start date. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may result in a rescheduling fee to cover materials ordered or labor reserved.
Weather conditions, particularly extreme heat or unexpected rain, may affect scheduling in the Rio Grande Valley. If conditions require rescheduling to protect the quality of the installation, we will contact you promptly and work with you to find the earliest available alternative date at no additional charge.
Payment terms will be specified in the written service agreement. In general, a deposit may be required before project work begins, with the remaining balance due upon satisfactory completion of the project. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of agreement.
All balances are due within the timeframe specified in the written agreement. Overdue balances may be subject to a late fee as specified in the agreement. Failure to pay may result in suspension of any warranty provisions associated with the completed work.
Any warranty provided by San Juan Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring will be stated in writing in your service agreement. Warranties apply only when the completed surface is maintained and used as directed. Warranty coverage does not apply if:

Our total liability for any claim arising from a completed project will not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that specific project. If direct negotiation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days, both parties agree to pursue mediation before initiating any legal proceedings. The costs of mediation will be shared equally unless otherwise agreed.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from or related to these terms or our services must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or engagement of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
