San Juan Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring was founded in 2016 right here in San Juan, TX, in the heart of the Rio Grande Valley. What started as a small crew doing garage floor coatings for neighbors on both sides of Highway 83 has grown into a full-service concrete flooring company covering 12 cities across Hidalgo County and beyond.
The Valley is not a forgiving place for concrete. The clay soils shift. The summer heat pushes past 100 degrees for months at a time. Humidity spikes in late summer and can ruin a coating that was not applied with those conditions in mind. Working here since 2016 means we have seen what holds up and what does not - and that experience shows in every slab we touch.
